Strategic management and leadership

The strategic management and leadership programme is designed for business, department and project leaders, as well as human resources specialists. Its content covers developing a long-term vision, strategic decision-making, agile team management and sustainable leadership approaches.

The programme also covers crisis management, implementing change and organising human resources effectively. The programme announcement describes a two-day format combining a masterclass, professional networking, communication games and a tour of Qarabağ. The announcement relates to 24–25 May 2025; no new date has been announced.
